I had realized that some of the colors were not true to sample and others left finger marks when you touched them even though I was testing Benjamin Moore paints. Then he confirmed my window installers worst suspicions that water damage occurred throughout the framing of the wall both around my window on one floor and around my sliding door on the floor above. Mr. Faust promptly located the source of the water from last winter’s ice damage and carefully did some outer wall restructuring and applied flashing in special fashion in order to prevent water from coming under my door again in case of another ice dam forming in the future. Mr. Faust took extra steps to keep out rain until my window company could replace with new window and door. Thank you Mr. Faust I have no worries about the future!
